Setting up tropemap

1. Duplicate the Notion database template — see notion/SETUP.md in the repo root.
2. Share it with your tropemap Notion integration and copy the integration token + database ID.
3. Paste both into the widget editor on your setup page (link is in your activation email).
4. Copy the embed URL or iframe snippet into Notion (/embed) or your website.
